Who's asking

This site is milliondollarbanner.com, run by Kuber Mehta, an individual based in India. There is no company, no team and no data department — it's me. I'm the data controller for everything described below, and the address for any question, complaint or request is kuberwastaken@gmail.com.

What I collect

Four things, and nothing else.

1. What you put in the buy box

The link URL you want your pixels to point at, the hover text that shows when someone mouses over them, the artwork image you upload, the position and size of the rectangle you picked, the pixel count and the total you were charged, the timestamps, and the fact that you ticked the content-rules box. I need all of it to draw your pixels and to know what I sold you.

2. What the payment processor tells me afterwards

When your payment succeeds, Dodo Payments sends my server a webhook containing your name and email address, a payment reference and the amount. That's it. It lands on your order in my ledger so I can identify you if something needs sorting out.

3. Analytics

Google Analytics 4, measurement id G-2R4W9PPY2V. See the section below for exactly what it measures and how to switch it off.

4. Server and edge logs

Ordinary web-server records: IP address, browser user-agent, the URL requested, a timestamp and the response code. Standard stuff, generated automatically, used for debugging and for spotting abuse.

What I never see: your card

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as Merchant of Record. That means they are the seller on the payment itself — they take the money, handle the card network, deal with tax, and carry the compliance burden.

Your card number, expiry, CVV, bank details and billing address never touch this site or my server. They go from your browser to Dodo and stay there. I couldn't leak them if I tried, because I don't have them. What Dodo does with the data you give them is governed by their own policy: dodopayments.com/privacy-policy.

Google Analytics

This site runs Google Analytics 4 (measurement id G-2R4W9PPY2V) so I can see whether anybody is actually visiting. With Google's enhanced measurement switched on, it records:

• Page views — which pages get opened, and roughly where in the world from.
• Scrolls — whether you reached the bottom of a page.
• Outbound clicks — when you click a link that leaves this site.
• File downloads — when you download one of the banner PNGs.
• Form interactions — that a form was started or submitted. Not what you typed in it.

Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_<id>) to tell one visit from another. They last up to two years. I don't set any cookies of my own, and there are no advertising tags, no remarketing pixels, no third-party trackers and no cross-site anything on this site.

To opt out, do any of these:

• Install Google's official opt-out add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
• Block the script with any content blocker — the site works perfectly without it.
• Turn off cookies for this site, or browse in a private window.

Nothing about buying pixels depends on analytics. Blocking it costs you nothing.

What becomes public (this is the whole point)

Be clear-eyed about this: your artwork, your link and your hover text are published on purpose. They go on the wall on this site, into the master canvas, into the banner files anybody can download from The Banners, and onto the top of my public X and LinkedIn profiles. That is the product.

Your name and email address are never published, never shown on the wall, and never shared with other buyers.

Why I'm allowed to hold any of this

• To perform our contract — I can't sell you a rectangle and display your logo without keeping the rectangle, the logo and the record of the sale.
• Legitimate interests — running analytics at this scale, keeping logs, and checking that an order isn't a scam.
• Legal obligation — sales records have to be kept for tax and accounting.

How long I keep it

Order ledger

Kept indefinitely as a business record — it's the proof of what was sold, to whom, at what price. Tax authorities take a dim view of deleting those.

Artwork

Kept for as long as your pixels are displayed. Artwork from an order I reject is deleted. Artwork from an expired order is held briefly in case a late payment arrives, then cleared.

Server logs

Short-lived — roughly 30 days, and they roll over on their own.

Analytics

Held by Google under the retention setting on the property, and aggregated well before that.

Who else touches it

• Dodo Payments — payments, as Merchant of Record. Their privacy policy.
• Google — analytics only.
• Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of this site.

That's the complete list. I do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal data with anybody else, and I don't run mailing lists you didn't ask for. If I'm ever legally compelled to hand something over, I'll tell you unless I'm forbidden from doing so.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me to:

• Show you everything I hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete what I'm not required to keep.
• Export it in a form you can actually use.
• Object to analytics — or just block it, which is faster.

Email kuberwastaken@gmail.com and a human — me — will reply, normally within a few days. There's no form and no ticket number.

Two honest limits. I can't delete a sales record I'm required to keep for tax. And once your artwork has gone out in a banner that's already live on X or LinkedIn, I can remove it from future exports but I can't claw back copies that platforms have cached or that people have screenshotted.

Where the data sits

The site runs on Cloudflare's global edge, and Dodo and Google are international companies. So your data may be processed outside the country you're in. Each of those providers runs their own safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Children

This is a commercial service and it isn't aimed at children. Don't buy pixels if you're under 18. If you're a parent and your kid has bought some, email me and I'll refund and remove them.

If this policy changes

I'll update this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant and I have your email because you bought pixels, I'll email you about it.
